Yes. The client-facing interview works on any smartphone via a simple link: no app to download, no login to remember. It can be completed in one sitting or paused and resumed, and it is available in multiple languages. Many clients complete it on their phone at night or on the bus. If a client truly cannot use it, your staff can run a traditional intake and enter the information. The system is flexible.

What job platforms does it connect to?

We configure integrations based on what serves your region. Common platforms include Indeed, StepStone, national employment services, regional job boards, and industry-specific sites. During setup we identify the 3 to 7 most relevant platforms for your client population and location. If you need a specific platform that is not on our list, we evaluate feasibility during implementation planning.

We work with specific populations (refugees, justice-involved, people with disabilities). Can the system understand their needs?

Yes, with customization. The Full Deployment includes prompt engineering for your population. For refugees: credential translation, language barriers, trauma considerations. For justice-involved: gaps in work history, skills over job titles, employers open to second chances. For disabilities: accommodation requirements, accessible employers, flexible arrangements. What languages are supported?

Client interviews currently support English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, and Polish, with Arabic, Turkish, Italian, and Portuguese on the roadmap. If you need a language that is not listed, we can discuss adding it depending on demand.

How accurate is the Market Fit data?

It aggregates from active job postings across platforms in real time, so it reflects current demand. It is most accurate for larger cities (Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris, Vienna, Madrid). For smaller cities or niche roles, sample sizes may be limited and we show confidence levels. It is a planning tool to guide conversations, not a guarantee of what exists.

We already use case management software. Can this integrate?

Career Finder includes its own CRM built for this workflow. The Full Deployment also includes API access for integration with existing systems. We have connected with government case management platforms, refugee services databases, and nonprofit CRMs. It requires technical work during setup. Many organizations run both in parallel initially and choose their preference.

What about data privacy? Our clients are vulnerable populations.

The system is GDPR-compliant: all data encrypted, access controls, and audit trails. You control who sees what. Client data is never used for AI training. You can anonymize data for reporting. We can discuss specific security requirements during implementation (some government contracts require additional measures). You own all data and can export it anytime.

Can we try it before fully committing?

Yes, that is the purpose of the Pilot Program: three months, limited scope, tested with real clients and staff. Most organizations expand to Full Deployment after the pilot, but you are not obligated.
