If client comes back for a new project later — no repeat commission unless you participated in the sale.
No passive recurring revenue. We pay for value. If a client comes back for a new project later, you get a commission only if you actively help close that new deal (e.g., join the call, help with negotiations).
Important: Commission rates are based on our standard pricing. If a client negotiates significant discounts, we'll discuss adjusting the commission to maintain project viability. We keep this transparent — no surprises.
What Counts As A Qualified Lead

Discovery Call
We have a discovery call with them to understand their needs.
Technical Brief
They provide a basic technical brief.
First come, first served. If two partners send the same client — whoever emailed first wins.
Simply claiming "I'm talking to company XYZ" doesn't lock the lead.
Payout Rules
When you get paid:
- Project under 3 months → after final client payment
- Project over 3 months → milestone-based payouts
- Minimum payout: €100
Lead validity:
- 60 days from registration
- Auto-extends if deal is active (no 30+ day pauses)
Payment method: Bank transfer per signed agreement. Net 30 after we receive client's payment.

We're Looking For
Rules
You can't:
- Make technical promises on our behalf
- Register a lead without client consent
- Partner with us while actively sending better leads to our direct competitors
GDPR compliance:
By referring a client, you confirm you have their consent to share contact info with us.
Territory:
No exclusivity. Multiple partners can operate in the same industry/region. High performers may negotiate exclusive deals later.

Not by default. You bring the client, we deliver. If you want to co-work on a project (e.g., you handle industry expertise, we handle AI), we need clear separation of responsibilities. That's a separate discussion, not standard partner program.
